Moonrise Kingdom oct 2012
Set in 1965 on an island off of New England two 12 year olds fall for one another at a chance meeting at the backstage of a play. They progress their relationship with letters and plan to run away together.
Quirky and sometimes innocently delightful the film moves into a hunt for the runaways before the imminent storm approaching.
The weirdness of the characters are played beautifully by the actors involved.
